How your details are used
R&B Stringing Limited, trading as Swwwiftly, is responsible for the personal details you give us on this site. We're registered with the Information Commissioner's Office under reference ZC106440. Our registered office is 22 Bluebell way.
What we collect
Your name, business name, email, phone number and address, what you tell us about your project, and the options you choose. If you sign an agreement we keep the signed copy and the signing record (time, and the IP address and device details recorded by our signing provider). If you set up payment, our payment provider holds your card or bank details; we never see them in full.
Why, and our lawful basis
We use your details to prepare your quote and agreement, to contact you about them, and, if you go ahead, to deliver the work and bill for it. That is necessary to take steps towards, and then carry out, a contract with you. We keep signed agreements and billing records because the law requires businesses to keep financial records.
We don't sell your details, and we don't use them for marketing.
Who else handles your details
These companies process data for us under contract, only to provide their service:

Where a provider processes data outside the UK, it does so under safeguards approved under UK data protection law, such as the International Data Transfer Addendum or the UK extension to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
How long we keep it
If you don't go ahead, your request is automatically anonymised 12 months after it was last updated. If you do, we keep your agreement and billing records for 6 years after the agreement ends, which is how long contract claims can be brought in England and Wales.
Cookies
This site doesn't use tracking or advertising cookies. Your choices on the quote page are saved in your own browser so they aren't lost if you refresh. The signing and payment pages from our providers may set cookies they need to work securely.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your details, or object to how we use them, by emailing contact@swwwiftly.com. We'll reply within one month. Some records, like signed agreements, may need to be kept for the period above even if you ask us to delete them.
If you're unhappy with how we've handled your details, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
